My wife and I have known this lady for over 50 years. She was always very talkative but since she has developed Alzheimer’s her personality has changed. She seems to be well cared for at Winscombe Hall and the staff that we have met are very helpful. She is always clean and her room is tidy. The only negative comment is that her room is at the lack of the house with a view of a brick wall. Winscombe Hall is an old property with interesting features, it’s a shame that it is so far away making it difficult for visitors.
