Mum initially came to Winscombe Hall for respite from the hospital and ended up staying for six months before she sadly passed away. The care and compassion shown towards Mum and us during this difficult time was outstanding. It was so lovely how much love Mum had for all of the staff; she was very fond of them, and them of her. It was truly lovely to see, and I will hold this close to my heart and be forever grateful. Thank you.

My nana was a resident at Winscombe Hall. Throughout her time there, she had laughter, love and kindness given to her by so many of the staff. It became apparent in her final days that she was adored and loved by them and certain individuals, and telling stories of their time with Nana, gave us warmth and comfort. The support from management, nursing staff and carers for us as a family towards the end was incredible. They took time to really talk us through everything, and they were so thorough. They made sure the family were fed and watered. I cannot thank you all enough! Thank you so much for looking after my nana.

Woodlands Manor Day care My uncle attends as a day care user, he really enjoys coming. The home is clean, the staff are friendly and the standard of care appears to be excellent. The manager arranges lots of different events for the residents and their families to enjoy. 5 Stars

Cedar Grange The residents are treated with dignity, appearing at all times well cared for, clean and well-dressed. Mostly settled in a homely atmosphere provided by caring and friendly staff. Participation is encouraged in the social aspects and activities provided. Nothing is too much trouble, visitors welcomed at any time as part of the wider family.

5* For Ash Croft House From the moment my family arrived at Ash Croft we have been treated like part of a very compassionate, caring and loving family. I trust them, and they care for my father so well. He is happy, immaculate, and loved. Genuinely "loved," respected and cared for as if he was their precious family. I will never forget their kindness. The nurses are experienced, a shoulder to cry on, compassionate. God's angels, invisible heroes.

Winscombe Hall Care Centre " The Manager and her team looked after our mum in her final few weeks. We are so grateful to them for the kind, diligent and professional care they gave her, making sure her last days were as comfortable as possible, which is everything we could have wished for. "I chose Woodlands for respite as it was clean, fresh, happy residents and had lots of activities going on. Both the manager and the deputy were attentive and went the extra mile during the initial settling-in period. No matter the visiting time, residents are settled with plenty of staff around the home.
