“My brother was in Ash Croft House for palliative end of life care. I couldn’t have wished for him to be in a more caring place. All the staff treated him with compassion and dignity during the last few weeks of his life. The kindness shown to other residents was obvious too. The support they gave to me at a very difficult time was greatly appreciated. I cannot thank all the staff enough, they work as a team and it shows in the care they give.”
